Insert 3 roughly 2" long rods. Two thin ones slide beside each other so initially won't come out of meatus. Later insert a 4" plastic rod. (All under 8mm max dia.) Video is a bit long.

Mmm, lovely to watch you play! I've had two 8mm dia slugs about 40mm long side by side much deeper down. Fun to separate them so I could get them out! My tip opening doesn't stretch past 8mm and like you I don't actually want to stretch it further.
